Quad Games ski race on for Sunday

The Highmark Quad Games cross country ski race will start at 1 p.m. Sunday at Peek'n Peak Resort and Spa's Upper Golf Course in Findley Lake, N.Y.

The 5-mile race and a concurrent 2.5-mile noncompetitive snowshoe event had been postponed Jan. 6, Jan. 13 and Jan. 20 because of poor snow conditions on the golf course.

The race is the final event in the annual Quad Games, which also includes swimming, biking and running, and will determine the Games' overall male and female champions.
