The Erie-area Division II colleges all took quantum leaps in Internet technology recently.

Just this week Gannon rolled out a redesigned athletics site that includes links to live statistics and audio.

Mercyhurst College also ripped up its old site and created a new Web presence that includes video and a blog by the sports information department.

Edinboro was first to the gate in the early spring with a site that also includes multimedia links.
