Here are the complete results from the quarters. The biggest upset was Cathedral Prep's Logan Thompson over second-seeded Aaron Bell of Strong Vincent, 4-3 at 215. There were a few other middle-bracket upsets mainly involving fourth seeds.

Prep leads with 11 in the semis, followed by Meadville with 10 and General McLane and Conneaut Lake with eight apiece.
