Fort LeBoeuf's wrestling team will try to spring an upset when it faces Shady Side Academy tonight in one of the day's schedule highlights.
The Bisons will face Shady Side in the first round of the PIAA Class AA team duals at 7 p.m. at Seneca Valley High School. Shady Side features two 2008 PIAA individual champions.
Closer to home, the Mercyhurst College men's hockey team will try to extend its unbeaten streak to seven games when it plays host to Canisius at 7:05 p.m. in an Atlantic Hockey Association matchup at Mercyhurst Ice Center. The Lakers are on a 5-0-1 roll and in third place in the AHA.
Meadville, meanwhile, plays host to Region 5-leading and unbeaten Farrell at 7:30 p.m. in boys basketball.
