A lot of action is occuring in the tropics today. Two tropical storms, and one hurricane are grabbing a lot of attention.

We'll start close to home with Tropical Storm Cristobal. This is expected to be no more than a tropical storm, and will start to push its way back into the Atlantic Ocean. Cristobal is not expected to create many major problems for interests in the United States, but it will have residual effects on the East Coast.

The storm causing the most problems is Tropical Stom Dolly. This tropical storm is now battering the Yucatan Peninsula. It is projected to move into the Gulf of Mexico, where it may strengthen into a category one hurricane before making landfall somewhere near the Texas/Mexico border.

Fausto is our only hurricane right now. It is out in the Pacific Ocean, and will have no major impact on any land interests. It is currently located off of the Baja California coast.
