UPDATE: TROPICAL STORM BERTHA NAMED

We now officially have the second named storm of the Atlantic tropical weather season. Tropical Storm Bertha was named just before 11am today. You can see a Storm Team Update for this tropical storm at onecaribbeanweather.com.
