Kocan vaults to second title for Rockets

Titusville swept the pole vault competition at the McDowell Track and Field Invitational. For that, they can thank Parker Kocan. He joined Jacquelyn Kerr as a champion for the Rockets when he cleared 13 feet, 6 inches in the boys competition.

Kocan went a half-foot higher than Tyler Shanabrook of Cumberland Valley and a foot better than the next three vaulters.
