Former PIAA champ Heynoski dies in accident

John Heynoski, a 1980 PIAA wrestling champion for Fort LeBoeuf, died Thursday of injuries suffered during a motorcycle accident.

Heynoski won the 1980 132-pound Class AA championship. He remained connected to the sport he loved, and to arm-wrestling, in the years since.

He was 48.
