Mercyhurst Prep freshman Maggie McLaughlin upset top-seeded Rebecca Haener to advance to the District 10 Class AA singles tennis championship.
McLaughlin lost the first set 6-0, but rallied to win the second and third sets 6-3.
In the other semifinal, Grove City's Kelly McBryan defeated Hickory's Anna Wallace in three sets to play for the title.

In Class AAA, it will be an all-McDowell District 10 championship, as Brittany Friedman and Abby Taylor both won two matches to meet in the finals.

Both District 10 championships will be held Monday at the Pennbriar Athletic Club at 3:30 p.m.
