The Saegertown wrestling team produced only one champion at its 27th annual tournament Saturday. But the Panthers did produce enough points to hold off Union City for the team title.
Sean Byham was one of four championship finalists for the hosts, whose 149 1/2 points were four better than the Bears. Byham was the Panthers' lone individual winner, claiming the 112-pound division with a 5-2 decision over Harbor Creek's Ryan Johnson.
The Bears finished second despite two tourney winners. Heath Adams edged Saegertown's Kurtis Henry for the 130 bracket, while heavyweight Greg Reinke closed the two-day event with a 9-7 decision over Justin East of Cambridge Springs.
