Section 1-AA mat pairings set for Wednesday

Pairings for this weekend's District 10 Section 1-AA wrestling tournament will be made Wednesday night at Union City High School. The tournament will take place there Friday and Saturday.

Friday's matches will begin at 4:30 p.m., with Saturday's action starting at 9:30 a.m. The parade of champions is scheduled for 5:45 p.m.

The Section 2-AA tournament for the district's southern teams will run those same days at Sharon High School.

The top five wrestlers in each division from those tournaments will qualify for the District 10 AA meet. That event will run Feb. 20 and 21 at Sharon.
