MCCAIN AND RIDGE CAMPAIGN IN ERIE

It's the first time presidential hopeful John McCain is campaigning in Erie. He flew into Tom Ridge Field before greeting diners at Smugglers' Warf. McCain will tour GE Transportation tomorrow and then head off on the rest of his state tour.

Tom Ridge is on the campaign trail with John McCain. The former PA Governor and Homeland Security Secretary grew up in Erie. In a one-on-one interview I asked him about the possibility that McCain will pick him to serve as his vice president.
